v4 changes. True frontal-plane vector projection for limb leads (lead I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF) — axis changes now produce mathematically correct lead amplitudes via Einthoven/Goldberger projection. Off-screen grid cache eliminates ~70% of per-frame draw cost. Territorial ST patterns (anterior, inferior, lateral, posterior, pericarditis) now selectable from the ST/T panel — switch between them and watch the reciprocal-change behaviour.

Exposed APIs. sampleLead, exportSvgStrip, and ST_PRESETS are exported. Library and quiz both consume them directly.
